Night Cycling Route

night cycling route
Biking coast to coast route [C2C] from Whitehaven to Tynemouth?

I am very interested in trying to cycle from the oceans into the other lane [C2C] Whitehaven to Tynemouth. I live in Newcastle and go flat out that I have completed a cycle in one is with pauses approximately 20 miles and not pushing me and not too tired. I started in cycling last year and have really started to ride a bike so I want a challenge. I know the C2C route is about 140 miles and I'll do my resistance is not is too good. Has anyone advice on what to do to my train for the journey and when and what to eat and drink before, during the cycle, during breaks and when leaving in for the night. If you have already completed the road lanes are clear – it is easy to miss. Are there good places to stop for the night Where do you recommend parties are more challanging way? Any other tips and advice for cycling in general

First E-Cycling cloth YounZ + British Cycling is very good and will answer many of your questions about the route and stopping point. The map is always excellent, with many details. 140 is a long way and you have reason to want train for it. You have to build mileage and time in the chair. Eat and drink before hand is three hours before departure. Turn right more fluid replacement Electrolite drink before takeoff. On long trips, like I drink every ten minutes. In the extreme heat you want to take two cans per hour. I want to stop and get food every 15 miles or more. If you make a stop more often to try to form 15. I attend to many excursions organized with stops every 15 miles. Save inlcude supplements caffeine the last part of the ways that caffeine does not fire too soon and it's really a leg. My back tends to hurt at 100 laps and caffeine helps keep you pumped and not spend my time worrying about my back. The mileage should be increased in steps of 5 to 10 miles in recent weeks. To plan a long trip every four weeks. So if you've been waiting three weeks to 20 tests a mile 30. I would also start using a cream in hell for comfort and strength. Normally, before a trip to more than 100 go to a couple of 60, 70 and some 80. Are you able to complete three quarters of your itinerary, you should be able Breeze through the entire route. One can safely assume that you would be able to complete (and not in the comfort) of the entire route if you can do one-third of the planned route. But upon arrival there will hardly be able to enjoy their success. I think the gradual way to do it. Do not forget a kit. If you're still riding in shorts and what to change to what the pros wear. I recently acquired a pair of bibs that are of professional quality and a noticeable difference in comfort and resistance. If your bike is made for distance or speed well! But if the bike is a dirt bike than to invest in multi-use tires or stains to make your journey smoother. Lighter is better to go long distances. Wow, what a challenge! Good luck on your trip!
