Cycling Trainers Comparison
A silly question about trainers and stationary bikes?
I'm considering buying the 09 liquid cycle operations with carpet 2 trainer and slick and the front wheel vertical to $ 420 items are i total.All up line.The second thought, air resistance cycling resistance of the 97 Law million or cycling Marcy Magnetic Resistance $ 142 dollars.Both these bikes have tension cables because of them.Which give me a better job comparison out.Is brand. The two bikes were sold in Wal-Mart, lol lol.Thanks 1/29/09.Please be honest with your answers
The best training is biking. The second best on his bike with a trainer. I'm using a magnetic trainer for my bike, but that's all you can afford at this time. I put a slick tire on the rear my mountain bike and it works great. The resistance is changed by the gear selection and speed of the wheel is good for cardio, but used to simulate climbing. Flow resistance training with distance would be a better option.
